Assaying the precise nature of that influence, on the other hand, is no easy task. Madonna's alignment with the constellation Shape-Shifter, after all, makes it nearly impossible to pin down exactly what it is that these children of 1985 stand for, though self-awareness and a facility for manipulating the perceptions of others are pretty good guesses.
